Atoll’s fabulous IN200 often hits the SWEET SPOT for our shoppers. Let’s take a look.
First of all, IN200 is a Class AB, heavy hitting, REFINED integrated. It is rated at 120×2 but that doesn’t begin to tell the story about how great a piece it is.
IN200 has a RICH and POWERFUL sound that gets a lot more out of speakers, especially in the bass regions, than the competition.
If you have speakers that are capable of deep bass, the IN200 will really wake them up. Many a fine speaker sounds soggy on an Asian built, low testosterone integrated.
If you link those same speakers to Atoll, you’ll hear how deep and tight they can go. Further, with Atoll’s MATCHED MOSFET output transistors, Atoll makes a Steinway sound like a Steinway, vs a strident alternative.
Of course Atoll is made in its own factory in France with a three year warranty. Atoll is a family owned company that cares about TLC like no gigundo Asian operation can.

The nuts and bolts are really impressive. You won’t find similarly priced gear with as much quality hardware under the hood. How does this build quality benefit your music?
Atoll has a warm, muscular sound. It shakes hands well with any speaker. It makes large speakers with thunder, like Brystons, sound tighter and deeper. It makes leaner speakers like Atohms and Maggies sound much more impactful. What a difference!
IN200 will make you love Atohm Siroccos or Maggies. If you drive them with generic fare, you’ll think they’re too lean- and falsely blame the speakers.
There are differences in sound among integrated amps. Better sounding integrateds have more and larger components within. The beauty of IN200 is that it runs apples to apples or better with its $10k competitors.
Our advice is to buy IN200 and treat yourself to superior speakers. It’s a smarter way to spend your money. Oh, and don’t forget to get an Atoll CD player!
