RIP Brian Wilson (1942-2025)

Most of us grew up appreciating Brian’s musical creativity. Given his tortured personality it’s amazing that his musical genius could shine through. Fortunately for us… it did.

I won’t list a pile of Beach Boys hits. If you love music, you know them.

I DO want to point out that the most fascinating musical bio movie I’ve ever seen is 2014’s “Love & Mercy” which depicts Brian’s life mostly accurately. It is absolutely worth two hours of your time to learn how Brian constructed songs and battled navigating life.
