Let me spell out what I mean by wayyyy fun. I mean, BIG fun. As in, you want music big and BOLD. Make room for the Cornwalls because music is worth it. You want a life SIZED presentation of music in your living room. Then get outta the way and let the new Cornwalls do their thing.

The Cornwall has always been a nice BIG speaker with strong dynamic range. The new Cornwall 4 ups its game in all respects, but in resolution most specifically.

Did you notice the width is 25.3? SO WHAT?!
If you want music to be LIFE SIZED, you need a sizable cabinet. Cornwall isn’t so tall at 38 inches. Even though it is 15.5 inches deep, it is comfortable near the back wall. Most speakers sound much better pulled out a couple feet. There’s no need to do so with Cornwall 4.

New Drivers

Cornwall 4 has all new drivers.
Tweeter is a new 1” Compression, Titanium driver
Midrange is a new 1.75” Compression, Polyimide (Mylar) driver
Woofer is a new 15” Fiber/composite cone with accordion surround

The crossover design, components and mechanics, including wiring and back plate- are all new from Cornwall 3. The new horn design incorporates K’s “mumps” flared technology. All ports are now Tractrix in construction, to minimize air turbulence- eliminating port noise for cleaner, more powerful bass.

Impedance 8 ohms. Max SPL 119 dB (look out!).

Finish

Cornwall 4 comes in matched pairs. The finish is of book-matched wood veneer. It has old world furniture panache and elegance. Cornwall 4s are beautiful statements in your living room- that you love music! Satin Black ash, American Walnut, Natural Cherry.
